How much do you charge for set-ups?
We required a minimum of $300 for on site jobs.
Our installation fee is 20% of your balloon order subtotal (not on delivery fee).
Delivery fee: The delivery fee is $2/mile and is calculated based on the distance from WeParty HQ (Allendale, NJ 07401) to your event location.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we service Bergen, Orange, Rockland and Westchester counties. North Jersey, NYC and more. We are willing to travel outside these areas as well.
Do you offer pick-up options?
Yes, pick up is offered in Allendale, NJ 07401. You can pick up helium bouquets and grab and go garlands. Here are some things to keep in mind when picking up:
- Garlands up to 8ft fit in small SUVs. Larger SUVs can fit 10ft.
- Please remove car seats, boxes, tools, sports equipment from the back of your car.
- Seats should be down.
What type of balloons do you use?
We use 100% biodegrable latex balloons and mylar foil balloons.
What is your cancellation policy?
All payments made are non-refundable, but we understand unexpected things can happen. If your event is cancelled, a credit will be placed on your account and can be used towards a future order.
Do you come back and take down the balloons after my event?
The breakdown and popping of balloons is the responsibility of the client, unless you are renting a backdrop/rentals from us, breaking down fee is included.
